Clean the Concrete First
No sealer goes down on dirty concrete. We pre-treat the surface to break up organic mold, mildew, and algae, run high-pressure rotating surface cleaners (surface cleaners, or discs) across the driveway for an even result, then post-rinse to clear all the debris. The concrete has to be clean and prepped before it can hold a sealer properly.
Same-Day Sealer Application
The same day, right after the concrete is cleaned, we apply the water-based Sherwin-Williams sealer. It leaves the clear coat with the beading effect and protects the surface for up to two years, all in the same visit while the driveway is at its cleanest.
