Before we put together a number, we review your property using satellite imagery to understand the size, layout, and scope of the work involved. Every quote we send is custom. We do not use flat-rate packages or standardized pricing because the factors that affect your project are specific to your property. For house washing, that means size, number of stories, siding type, and estimated job time. For driveways, it is primarily square footage and overall size. For roof cleaning, we account for square footage, pitch, and condition. Gutter pricing is based on the scope of work, property height, and roof pitch. Deck cleaning depends on material type, deck size, and the full scope of work. Fence cleaning is priced based on material, length, and size.

Send the Quote and Confirm the Scope

Once we have reviewed the property, you will receive a custom quote that reflects the actual conditions of your job. If you want additional services added to the same visit, those are quoted clearly and separately from the base cleaning scope. When you book multiple services on the same property at the same time, we can offer you a better rate, so it is worth letting us know the full picture when we put the estimate together.

Approve the Bid and Schedule the Service

When the quote looks right to you, you approve the bid, and we move into scheduling. You confirm the work, we get you on the calendar, and the project moves forward. We keep this step as simple as possible.

Arrival Call, Walkaround, and Before Photos

On the day of your service, you will receive a call from us when the crew is on the way. When we arrive, we do a full pre-walkaround of the property. If you are home, we will walk it with you before we start anything. We take before photos of the work areas and document any visible pre-existing issues on the property. That documentation is there to give you a clear record of the property’s condition before we touched it.

Clean with the Right Process for the Surface

Different surfaces require different methods, and we do not treat them all the same way. For house washing, we pre-rinse the siding, apply the cleaning solution, and post-rinse the full surface. For roofs, we pre-treat the surrounding landscaping and siding, apply a low-pressure custom solution, and allow the treatment to dwell and work for multiple hours. For concrete surfaces like driveways and pool decks, we hook up to your water supply, pre-treat the surface, run high-pressure, rotating surface cleaners across the area, and post-rinse to remove all debris. Fences and decks are treated with a cleaning solution at low pressure, with a built-in dwell time before rinsing.

Final Walkthrough, After Photos, and Satisfaction Check

When the work is complete, we take after photos of the finished job. If you are home, we will walk the property with you again before we close out, so you can see the results for yourself. We will not send the bill until you are 100% satisfied with the work. That standard applies to every single job we complete, and the final walkthrough is how we make sure it holds.
